Graydon Stevens is a 1977 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law who joined Kelly, Remmel & Zimmerman in 1980. Prior to joining the firm, Graydon was an associate with Bennett, Kelly & Zimmerman for three years. Since joining Kelly, Remmel & Zimmerman, Graydon has focused his practice on labor and employment law, and civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. Graydon has extensive experience litigating and trying cases involving various civil matters, including many jury trials in such areas as Fair Labor Standards Act litigation, wrongful discharge, employment contracts, UCC contracts, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, defamation, and section 1983 liability. Graydon has been and continues to be a seminar speaker at numerous continuing legal education seminars. He has presented written materials and spoken on topics such as employment discrimination, damages and evidentiary issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the use of experts in federal civil litigation, settlement of complex, multi-party litigation, and various insurance coverage issues.

Graydon is a member of the Maine Bar Association, the Maine Trial Lawyer Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Maine, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the employment rights and insurance law sections of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
