John Kelly recently served as a moot court judge for the Williams/Mystic semester program at the Mystic Seaport in Connecticut. The program is sponsored by Williams College and the Mystic Seaport and chooses up to 20 undergraduates from colleges over the country most of whom are studying maritime science. The students spend a semester studying and doing a sailing trip to the Caribbean. One of the classes is a “Maritime Policy” class that ends with a moot court performance.
