Over the objection of a number of multinational car corporations, Attorneys Chuck Remmel and Lauri Boxer-Macomber successfully moved to intervene in a multi-district class action suit filed in the United States District Court of Maine for the purpose of gaining their Canadian clients access to discovery in the United States action for use in their Canadian suit.
