On March 19, 2014 Terry Duddy and Tim Steigelman taught advanced law to the Maine Harbormasters Association at the harbormasters’ annual training conference. Their discussion covered maritime law, moorings and navigation, state law and municipal law, and other legal issues encountered as harbormasters oversee and maintain Maine’s harbors.
