Jennifer Archer successfully obtained political asylum for an individual from Burundi who was persecuted for condemning embezzlement by the Burundian government. The grant of asylum was essential to protect both Ms. Archer’s client and her client’s family from continued persecution at the hands of the Burundian government.

Attorney Tim Norton recently obtained a $2,838,383 judgment on behalf of his client in the Maine Superior Court in a case involving breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.

Jennifer Archer received approval of an application for asylum on behalf of an individual persecuted by the Rwandan government for publicly condemning the gacaca system. This approval permits her client to remain within the protective boundaries of United States indefinitely.
